As a senior in college, I’ve been asked the same old question a thousand times:
“What are you going to do after graduation?”
I’ve got my eye out for agriculture and communications jobs in West Kentucky.
I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a position that lets me combine my agriculture background and communications expertise to help Kentucky’s farmers.
Until that dream job comes along, I’m pouring my heart and soul into Celeste Communications.
In 2009, I began taking on freelance feature writing jobs.
Over the past few years, I’ve begun working with new clients and expanding my services to include photography, graphic design and communications consulting.
I’ve had the privilege of working with some of Kentucky’s top agriculture organizations, including the Kentucky FFA Association, Kentucky Cattleman’s Association and the Kentucky Pork Producers Association.
I’ve photographed cow filled pastures, stunning seniors, blushing brides and newborn babies.
I’ve designed everything from fliers to sticky notes to wedding invitations.
I’ve even given a couple of social media and agriculture advocacy workshops!
Whether I’m shooting family photos, writing feature stories or sharing my expertise in communications consulting, I apply my farm girl spirit and work ethic to my journalism skills to offer a communications service unlike any other.
I hope you’ll think of me when you’re looking for your next photographer, designer or speaker.
